Refund and Returns Policy
We are offering a flexible return and refund policy. Refund will be done within 15 days of getting the returned products
Introduction
We promise your money back if the item you received has defected, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Promised period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. This is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

Refund Policy
If you can’t come to an amicable agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 15 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
Refund Timeline
If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
Cancellation
Uneedshop retains the unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include but is not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.
